I guess I just think they need something different. And I mean it wouldn't be terrible to take out their extensions.

But I think MK and A's faces kinda look ugly the pic above.

But then I think that maybe they only look better because they are thinner. And then the cycle of eating disorders rears its ugly face again. At least they have sisterly love to carry them through.
